Now, what do we offer?
- Monday -Friday schedules. No nights or weekends (unless you want extra work).
- 6 holidays off per year. Imagine working a job that doesn’t operate on major holidays…wouldn’t that be nice? As a matter of fact, it sure is!
- Time off. Need to make an eye appointment for your child, or go to a school appointment during the day? Not a problem. All we ask our employees to do is give us a heads up and we’ll work around their needs for their family!
- Fully paid training. We don’t just bring you in and toss you in a customer’s house and say “Clean it.” We train you thoroughly before sending you out. Our name is on every cleaning, so we want our technicians trained on safety, policy, procedures, tools, equipment and all the cleaning techniques you need to know to succeed.
- Tech utilized company. That means we’re tech friendly and have a lot of tech to make your job easier. You can leave home in the morning, clock into your accounts remotely & return home without having to come to the office every day.
So now let’s discuss what we require…
- A love of helping others! We can train you to clean, so you don’t have to have experience to apply, but you do need to have the desire to learn.
- A great attitude. Friendliness and authenticity is a must! We’re not “Grumpy House Cleaning” after all.
- Be mature & accountable. This is a drama free zone. We hire adults that can productively adult with little supervision. Accountability is a must in the company culture. It’s a human run service, so there will be mistakes-just own them and learn from them is all we ask!
- Be pet friendly. A large amount of our clientele has pets. If you are scared of dogs, birds, cats, snakes, etc., then this isn’t the job for you.
- Clean background. This is a dealbreaker for us. You absolutely must be able to pass a background check. Several of our clients work from home, and we have a few commercial accounts also, and as such, they require us to enforce this policy for confidentiality reasons.
- Reliable transportation, a Drivers License, with good driving record, and a minimal liability insurance policy on your vehicle. Driving is a requirement of this position and we service a very large service area, so please consider the driving before applying.
- Be available for assignments Monday through Friday (all 5 days) between 8 am and 5 pm.
- Have a working smart phone with data.
- Good verbal and written skills and the ability to follow instructions given both ways.
- Strong ethical values. Ethics play a large part in this industry. You need to be dependable, honest and trustworthy.
- Common sense thinking skills. Be able to make judgement calls when in the field based on your training and policy.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality. This is an appointment driven business, so we need people to show up for appointments on time as the clients expect. We are very good about working with our employees for scheduled time off, but have a very strict attendance policy on call outs and tardiness.

Cleaning Technicians are responsible for cleaning multiple residential and commercial accounts throughout our service area.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping Attendants process laundry, restock supplies and clean at our account in Buckingham County.
TRAINING SPECIALIST
Training Specialists are responsible for their day to day residential and commercial accounts and onboarding and properly training new Cleaning Technicians.
